Hold your demons!

Before sacrificing blood, sweat, and tears, let’s make sure everyone is on the same page.

First things first: Book reviews must come straight from the heart, which means 100% honesty. If you were paid to write a book review, or joined an unscrupulous gang of authors who are just “helping each other out”, Scary Writers Association is not for you. If you’re writing a review to maintain a strange business deal…again…Scary Writers Association is not for you. If you received any form of incentive to write a book review, once again, Scary Writers Association is not for you. If you’re reviewing your own book, for the last time, Scary Writers Association is not for you.

Violating SWA terms of service grants us the power to banish book reviews to the depths of hell. In other words: we’ll delete it.

Please don’t disguise a hit piece as an objective book review. We get it. Some jerkwad did you wrong, however, killing their book won’t sooth your vengeful feelings. Sorry.
